The first step is to have an appointment with a Board-Certified Physician that is in good standing with their respective Medical Boards. During that appointment your Physician will determine your suitability for Medical Cannabis and if they believe you will receive a benefit from these medications, you will obtain a signed, “OMMA Adult Patient Physician Recommendation Form.” That particular signed form is only good for 30 days so be sure to submit your OMMA application in a timely fashion.
